DCK ("Seller") warrants to the original end-user purchaser (excluding distributor and any other reseller), that all DCK garden tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Purchasers are required to retain their invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover defects caused by the use of inappropriate parts or accessories fitted to the product.
The foregoing warranty for garden tools does not apply to batteries and chargers, which are covered below.
Any repair performed or replacement under this warranty shall not extend the warranty period. The warranty period shall continue to run from the original date of purchase, regardless of any repair or replacement performed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a DCK garden tool is used for industrial, professional, or commercial purposes, the warranty period shall be limited to ONE YEAR.

Every DCK Battery/Charger is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of 2 YEARS from the date of original purchase. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, DCK will repair (or at our option, replace) without charge.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the battery/Charger is used for industrial, professional, or commercial purposes, the foregoing warranty will apply for a duration of ONE YEAR.
This limited warranty does not cover routine maintenance parts or consumables that naturally wear out from normal use, including but not limited to blades, trimmer heads, chain bars, saw chains, belts, etc. This limited warranty does not cover the damage resulting from modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair. In no event shall Seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to liability for loss of profits)
This warranty may also be further limited or voided as detailed in the product Manual. DCK assumes no other liability under this warranty. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided by applicable law that cannot be excluded.
